Site Looks nice from the guest skin spoint. Not very harsh on the Eyes. The site has plenty of members which Keeps them busy which I do see. You have tons of Members as well which I would love to have.

But I don't see a chat box on your site though. Other then that Furriwan, Site looks awsome.

Oh from what I'm seeing as well I don't see a place that is main for guest to add their own stuff to the site so it can help you and them promote the sites. :S
